The Space

Space is our essence & we offer 1 large single bedroom apartment with a separate dry kitchen. For guests staying beyond 6 months the kitchen is converted to a wet kitchen.

Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Insider Tips

Havilla has an inbuilt travel & tour company which will assist the guests in taxi services, air & bus tickets & tour packages & programs. The popular & cheap mode of transport in Bangalore are the autorickshaws which are abundantly available as you step out of the property & so are taxies.

Not included

All travellers are welcome. All guest must carry their personal photo ID by their respective Governments. Foreigner are required to carry their passports & visas to register at Havilla. We accept payments by all major credit cards or cash.

House rules

Confirmation of apartment or rooms are made on receipt of full payment. Check out time 12 noon. We reserve the right of admission. All guests are required to behave in a civil manner without misusing or damaging the property. Loud music is not allowed to be played inside or outside the rooms. Pets are not allowed into the property. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms but guest can smoke on the terrace garden area. Visitors to meet guests in our apartments are welcome but only up to 23 hours. Over staying guest will be charged as per our tariff. Breakage or damage of furniture, cutleries, electrical and electronic goods by the guests will be charged to the account of the guest bill. Guests who have occupied the room can be requested to checkout immediately if the management finds their activities adverse to the peace and decorum of the property.

Cancellation Policy

Once a payment is made ELT does not offer any Refund. However, some of our hosts do refund in some cases. So, for any refunds, you would need to contact the host directly. Elt doesn't offer any refund for this property on booking confirmation
